Before You Delete Your Account

Consider these alternatives:

Take a break - You can simply stop using the app without deleting your account
Delete specific data - Remove individual pets, messages, or bookings without losing your account
Export your data - Download a copy of your information before deletion

What Will Be Deleted

✅ Immediately Deleted:

Your account credentials and profile
All pet profiles and photos
Message history and conversations
Booking history and reviews
Payment methods (except transaction records)
Professional profile and services (if applicable)
App preferences and settings

📋 Retained for Legal Compliance:

Transaction records - For tax purposes (7 years)
Legal communications - If involved in disputes
Aggregated analytics - Anonymized usage data

How to Delete Your Account

Email Request Process

Send an email to support@custiepets.com from your registered email
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include your username and type "DELETE" to confirm you understand this is permanent
We'll send a verification code for security
Reply with the code to complete deletion

Processing time: 3-5 business days

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

After Account Deletion

You'll receive a confirmation email
Your account and data will be permanently deleted
You will be logged out of all devices
You can create a new account with the same email after 90 days
